In 1999, Sam and his brother Stephen decided to open a chinese/western restaurant in Yangshuo.
The first Rosewood Restaurant was the launch of a unique success story in Yangshuo's famous "West Street". With hard work, quality and strength of will, each year a new restaurant was established.
