Thai Style Steamed Fish
We choose Bone Fish to cook "Thai Style Steamed Fish" with salty pickles soup. Bone Fish is the unique species at Guilin Yangshuo, its meat is soft and sweet. Unlike ordinary “Steamed Fish”, the fish was fried before putting into the soup, for adding fresh and pure taste and fill with bodied fragrance. Then cook the fish with simmered fire, in order to let the flavor of the ingredients permeated into the fish slowly. Eat with the lime juice, can enhance the flavor of the bone fish.
